Changed guides page as reference for site #136

As part of reviewing the information architecture, my hypothesis is that making the guides page work harder can help us make some decisions about the site.

It also includes the getting started section links (as does the GOV.UK Prototype Kit guide) which I hypothesis helps with findability.

Not included:

  • templates guidance page - this could be added as a link here and moved into how-tos, or removed
  • any reference to the NHS Design system - this is done on the GOV.Uk Prototype Kit page at the bottom as a section
  • the other parts of the site - these are covered in separate tickets.

This may also help resolved #9 re-findability of how-to guides.

Added missing get started page and put other sections.

guide with 'get started page' and sub-sections
