TODO
----
Move /usr/local before /usr in $PATH.
Consider pulling in somone else's dotfiles framework.
    Would ease the burden of updating the install script.
Finish install script.
Add script/alias to push/pull new versions.
Add Firefox stuff:
    userChrome.css
    user.js
See if these are a better way to implement GIT in the BASH prompt:
    function parse_git_dirty {
      [[ $(git status 2> /dev/null | tail -n1) !=
        "nothing to commit (working directory clean)" ]] && echo "*"
    }
    function parse_git_branch {
      git branch --no-color 2> /dev/null |
        sed -e '/^[^*]/d' -e "s/* \(.*\)/[\1$(parse_git_dirty)]/"
    }
    export PS1='\[33[1;36m\]\h\[33[0;33m\] \w \[33[31;40m\]
      $(parse_git_branch)\[33[00m\] $ '
Use include.path in gitconfig to include private gitconfig settings.
    Need to wait until all our systems have git 1.7.10.2, which enables that feature.
        Mac OS X homebrew is up to date.
        Debian 6 is NOT up to date.
        Debian 7 is up to date.
Use --all for git 'addall' and 'aa' aliases.
    Need to wait until all our systems have git thats supports the --all option.
