Rewrite test suite for full coverage

Test every single Argon2id example from the reference implementation
(see
https://github.com/P-H-C/phc-winner-argon2/blob/f57e61e19229e23c4445b85494dbf7c07de721cb/src/test.c)
and try to exhaustively test every part of the API.
