The recommended method only exists in v0.2.7 so had to change the minimum version of scheduled-thread-pool to v0.2.7. (cherry picked from commit 156583b)
This version depends on `mach2` crate for macOS/iOS targets as a replacement of unmaintained `mach`. (See #243)
Also disable some Cirrus CI jobs to avoid to hit the concurrency limit for community tasks.
