Add MPS JBR overview table

• Can you please double-check the versions? I see that, for example, for 2023.2.2 it is 17.0.10+7 for me. There are some custom builds in https://mps.builds.itemis.cloud/buildConfiguration/Mbeddr2_Mbeddr_Gradle_ThirdParty_PublishJdk?mode=branches#all-projects with versions not mentioned in the repo.
• In theory, it can happen that the bug fix release version has a new platform version. I see, for example, more versions on our Nexus

If you have a fast internet connection, you could download each MPS version through the JetBrains ToolBox and check the version in the jbr folder. If not, please just check that you really have the version of the latest bug fix release. Sometimes we forget to publish the new JBR version, so let's take this as an opportunity to check if any version is missing.

I added 2021.1 - I overlooked it as the publication schema changed (versions are now specified in the build which my script did not look at).

I will not investigate the type of chaos that is in the nexus and or custom builds. They are not documented or anyhow structured. If you somehow have knowledge, please append it to this PR.

We should merge this PR and some time in the future some one can investigate that rabbit hole.

ps.: Just for documentation: There are even other versions for jbr_jcef which will have to be analyzed as well.

I downloaded all MPS versions, checked the JBR versions and fixed the table. I'll merge, we can still update it in a later PR.
