Improved OSM conversion #77

  • consider :forward and :backward
  • maxspeed supports values in kph (default), mph, knots, special values 'none' and 'walk',
  • removed the config option "guessFreeSpeed"
  • lanes calculation respects bus, psv,.. lanes. Fixed lanes calculation on bidirectional ways
  • unit tests and a new .osm file with test streets
  • bugfixes #78, #79
