I added a settings page to the web application. You can now enable and disable features from there and set any required configuration values. After updating the configuration, please restart the recorder application to apply the changes.

Careful: Do not overwrite the file database.db if you have already played and saved matches!

With this new release, it is now possible to edit your configuration easily via a configuration file. Therefore you can now set up automatic video recording and uploads to YouTube. I am still working on documentation in the wiki, but it is usable already.

I will create a user interface to make this easier in a future release.
