XFCE drop-down terminal, Fedora 39: this is literally what I see when not under Git repository folder:

_LAST_COMMAND_INDICATOR_ ~serhii@dell:~ 
08:44 $ $

I'm using GIT_PROMPT_ONLY_IN_REPO=1. When it's set to 0 the problem disappears but this is hardly a satisfying solution because I'd like Git bash prompt not to interfere when it's not under any git repo.

This is a duplicate of #539 and can be fixed by #547
