Welcome to the CorBinian wiki!
The CorBinian toolbox implements several methods for fitting statistical models for multivariate binary data.
The repository is organized as follows: startup.m and base_dir.m should take care of pathing. demo/ contains a number of demo files showcasing different statistical models (dichotomized Gaussian and several variants of maximum entropy models) and different fitting methods.
We also include a page which collects references to studies data in particular from the neuroscience literature which have studied modelling multivariate binary. This wiki is public and can be edited by anyone, so please feel free to add more references or leave comments!
