Basic-Well-Log-Interpretation

Adapted from Mihai's petroGG and has been modified as follows:

• Made an input function to handle LAS files using lasio, no need to convert to txt
• Simplyfying vshale calculation so you can call directly to the function. Iteration are put inside the function
• Added Indonesia and Modified Simandoux for water saturation estimation
