Usage

tex -> dvi -> ps -> pdf

$ latex lch-pums-thesis (Not latex lch-pums-thesis.tex) $ bibtex lch-pums-thesis $ latex lch-pums-thesis

Figure has to be in eps format

tex -> pdf

$ pdflatex lch-pums-thesis $ bibtex lch-pums-thesis $ pdflatex lch-pums-thesis

Be aware, there’s no suffixes in those commands. Figure can be pdf png jpg, etc.
