TIM3 expression in AML

Focused scRNA-seq reanalysis of AML datasets with regard to HAVCR2 (encoding TIM3) expression and its ligands.
The data needs to be downloaded from NCBI Geo / figshare.
The analyses use a bone marrow reference data, which will have to be generated as well using the vignette provided by Seurat.
