Update the website for Frogtoberfest 2024 - Further changes.

Description

This pull request focuses on updating the design for the Frogtoberfest event 2024. These are the second batch of changes.
It changes the following:

• Fixes padding and font size in home page
• Swap background colors between sections.
• Updates check page' list of PRs.
• Fixes logo when sharing link.
• Fixes mobile view background color.
• Adds hover effect to FAQ Section.

How Has This Been Tested?

The changes have been thoroughly tested in the Chrome browser. The following tests have been performed:

• Verified the font sizes.
• Verified the background color.
• Verified the Checker page.

Test Evidences

To reproduce the tests, simply open the application in a web browser and verify the changes.
