Currently compiles and runs on one GPU. More than one rank on G-H fails at runtime:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::runtime_error'
  what():  cudaMemsetAsync( dst.data(), 0, dst.size() * sizeof(typename View<DT, DP...>::value_type), exec_space_instance.cuda_stream()) error( cudaErrorInvalidValue): invalid argument /lustre/vescratch1/brryan/artemis/artemis/external/parthenon/external/Kokkos/core/src/Kokkos_Cuda.hpp:252
