  1. Improve mocking of customer updates. 

    This includes adding support for:
 - `removeAddress`,
 - `removeBillingAddressId`
 - `removeShippingAddressId`
 - `setCustomerGroup`
 - `setDateOfBirth`
 - `setDefaultShippingAddress`
 - `setDefaultBillingAddress`
 - `setMiddleName`
 - `setTitle`

This change also improves the testing of some actions and introduces
`fishery` as dependency to ease the test creation
