Answer: In Most of The Cases It Because of .htaccess File Not Generated. in That Case You Have to Manually Create a .htaccess File in Your WordPress Installation Root Directory and Paste The Contents Provided at The Bottom of The Permalink Setting Page After Changing the Permalink Structure from Plain to Any.
