How to build (Rooted)

If you are rooted, you can use the "Mount" install method.
This method can avoid all Google's ReVanced detections.
No MicroG needed.

You must exclude the following patches for Mount install:

  • spoof-client
  • microg-support

ReVanced Manager for Android 6-7

  1. Install YouTube 17.34.36 apk
  2. Open Manager
  3. Tap "Select an application"
  4. Select "YouTube" directly (Don't use [Storage] button)
  5. Exclude two patches
  6. Patch

However, Manager A5-7 uses old mount script.
It may causes unmounting problem after reboot device.
If you have problem, try Revancify.

Revancify and RVX Builder

It is easy. Just use it.
If you are using RVX Builder on PC, connect the device with ADB before launch RVX Builder.

ReVanced CLI

connect with ADB before use CLI (run "adb devices"), then patch with --mount option
use -e to exclude two patches

After mount installed:

You have to detach YouTube from Play Store updates. (Play store brakes mounted apps)

Use one of these.

Troubleshooting

If you faced a trouble, reset the mounting in this way.

  • remove all YouTube / YT Music related modules
  • remove directories: /data/adb/service.d, /data/adb/post-fs-data.d, /data/adb/revanced, /data/adb/vanced
  • reboot device
