Sc2MmrReader v0.6.0

This is a beta release of the Sc2MmrReader. For non-Windows 10 users, you may have to install the .NET runtime first:

This app pulls the MMR for a given Starcraft 2 account periodically and writes it to a file. It's useful for including your current MMR in Open Broadcast Studio or other applications.

Release notes:

1. Added support for specifying the RealmId
2. Added a version to the config file.
3. Added a setup wizard on first startup if there is no config file yet. This should guide users through how to set up the reader to get the MMR from their account.
