Sexy up your ubuntu by adding themes and gallery and widgets.

sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade

Add the numix icon theme ppa

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:numix/ppa

Add the papirus icon theme ppa

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:papirus/papirus

Add the paper icon theme ppa

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:snwh/pulp

Add the flat-remix icon theme ppa

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:daniruiz/flat-remix

Update your package list

sudo apt update

Install all the icon themes

sudo apt install numix-icon-theme-circle papirus-icon-theme paper-icon-theme flat-remix some of these may have been deleted tho so don't worry if some do not install.

Install Gnome tweak tool and gnome shell plugin connector

sudo apt install git gnome-tweak-tool chrome-gnome-shell

you can skip git and others if you already have them.

Clone the install GNOME themes script

git clone https://github.com/tliron/install-gnome-themes

Go to the script directory

cd install-gnome-themes

Go to the script directory

sudo ./install-requirements-debian

Run the install script

./install-gnome-themes

Go to the GNOME Shell Extensions websites

https://extensions.gnome.org

go to the website using the firefox browser and install the browser extension and click on allow when a popup comes.

Enable User Themes Extension

basically just turn it on. On the webpage.

Now Install your favourite gnome extensions

• Backslide
• OpenWeather
• Caffine
• Screen recorder
• internet speed meter

and many more...

Customize your desktop using the gnome tweak tool

Just press windows and search for tweaks. Here you can select custom themes and icons.
