This is a phenomenological model of a mechanically activated rapidly adapting current, often found in DRG sensory neurons. Sensory adaptation is implemented as linearly dependent on the channel inactivation. Model allows simultaneous fitting of data, obtained in different experiments, e.g. simple ramp-and-hold, inactivation, conditioning and recovery. Output of the model is a MATLAB structure with measured values and a .ps file, containing drawings. The use of the model, its purpose and results are presented in the paper:
