Assume that we (the interviewers) work in the Customer Experience department of United Air Lines Inc. (the client). We (the client) are particularly interested in understanding more about flight delays in order to improve customer experience & you are going to present your findings to us. We would like to know which factors impact flight delays, how we compare to other airlines and how this analysis can be used to assist us with flight delays in the future. We would also like to hear of any other insight opportunities we could pursue in the future (1-2 slides on this point max).
