[new models] add three new Armenian models

Hello @PonteIneptique,

I propose three new entries for Armenian models trained by @CVidalG. So I created three new handlers in pie-extended:

• Eastern Armenian (hy_hye)
• Western Armenian (hy_hyw)
• Classical Armenian (hy_xcl)

I also slightly updated the README.md file in the "available models" section.

Finally, I tested this locally and in the Deucalion instance, and it works normally.
