Logomark of Mishto comes from tagline (“only from pure source” by Béla Bartók) and stylized an uppercase-M that symbolizes two mountains and a drop of water or plant (vegan) depicting the source, essence (the foundation of life): trickling stream between mountains, melting snow, glacier, spring, mountain spring, cool (english word for “mishto”) mountain springs, life, start, purity - as Béla Bartók wrote in the Cantata Profana at 1930. Font used for the logotype: Mplus 1p v1.061 Light 300 by Coji Morishita in 2019.
Official primary font of Mishto (romani word for “Cool”) is Mishto Sans v1.000. Mishto Sans is forked from Work Sans v2.012 by Wei Huang in 2022. Modifications include a single-storey lowercase-g, a tailless lowercase-l, a spurless uppercase-G and a single-storey lowercase-a from alternate glyphs. The Mishto Sans font family consists of 18 fonts: 9 weights and 9 italics. Font used for the tagline (“only from pure source”): Mishto Sans v1.000 Medium 500. There is no official secondary font (and Mplus 1p v1.061 only used for the logotype).
