Write a short description about your art piece, such as what your artwork represents and your experience drawing it!

My artwork shows two singularies, eash attracting their respective points in space around them. My art represents my love for space, and that even celestrial bodies can share in space (even if they dont like it, or can feel it)

Coding my art came with alot of coding designs that I normally wouldn't have used like subtracting the x from both width and height gave me a better look than sub x from width and sub y from height.

Next, make sure you go through each item in the following checklist. Delete this line after!

  • I have read the steps to getting a blot
  • I have read all the submission requirements and follow them
  • I am submitting art that...
    • is algorithmically generated (will meaningfully change each time the program is run)
    • is your own work that is not copied from somewhere else
    • is drawable through the editor(does not use outside tools)
    • doesn't call Math.random() (See the documentation on randomness)
    • is drawable on Blot itself (doesn't have lines overlap more than 5 times)
      • Doesn't overlap lines more than 5 times
      • Fits in the working area of 125x125mm
      • Doesn't rely on colour to look good

If you used based your art on something else, used a tutorial, or remixed it from something else, please link it here:

Lastly, link a picture of your art piece here:

Hello! Sorry it's been so long. The main reviewer has been swamped lately, so I wanted to give you a few hints so you have the best chance of getting a blot.

Overall, while you're project is certainly cool, it doesn't fit a couple of requirements for getting a blot.

First, your project would unfortunately not really be possible to draw with the blot. The lines overlap a lot, especially as they go in towards the singularity, going well beyond the general rule of no more than 5 overlapping lines.

Also, projects that are considered "blot-worthy" have a higher level of complexity, having both more different elements as well as being either really technically impressive or artistically polished (or both), generally taking around 15-20 hrs to complete.

I'd be super interested to see if you can come up with some other space things to represent, seeing as that seems to be a big interest. Maybe there's some other kind of space-related simulation you can run and represent using the blot, or you could draw some really cool randomly generated space-scape. Or, you can figure out a way to use what you already have and make it both drawable and really polished! Whatever you do, I'm really excited to see where you go with it!
