Adds a
generate-icon-rstscript that creates acivic.docs-aliases.rstfile which includes RST aliases for every SVG icon inassets/icons. When included in a civic-docs RST template, allows the placement of the icon images anywhere in the text or tables in that template by using the icon's alias, e.g.|attribute-positive|, |fullcolor-gene|.A helper script,
generate-icon-dataproduces a JSON file containing an array of all the icons that serves as input to thegenerate-icon-rstscript.
