I disabled the Bintray repos in our Artifactory
- Some issues were reported early due to some of the artifacts being corrupt
- We were able to fix those issues and haven't seen any new problems
- We downloaded all of the artifacts in the Bintray repos and stored them on a backup location at OCI just in case we discover later that another resource was missed
