Changes

Separated Singleplayer and Multiplayer toggles
Added GTAC-compliant downgrading (doesn't install fusionfix, but rather shader fixes)
Added GFWL-Min to multiplayer-only
Added ZMenu as an option
Updated ZolikaPatch-FF options
Disabled GFWL by default for singleplayer (it will now also only matter for achievements)
Some code changes
