Revised submission with minor change in code

This is a minor PATCH for the previous release. It contains two updates:

• the README includes hyperlink to the post-print version of the paper at INA-Rxiv.
• change the deprecated as_data_frame() function into as_tibble() in the main R Markdown Notebook.

This repository is also exported to my monash.figshare.

Revised submission

This is a second release capturing the revision of the paper after peer-review. The revision is reflected in the R Markdown and .bib files.

First submission version

This release contains materials for the first submission of the paper (written using R Markdown Notebook). The revised version of the R Markdown of the paper and other material (e.g. the .bib file) will be made as the second release.
