A meta template for Cookiecutter allows you to quickly generate concrete templates.

Quickstart

Install the latest Cookiecutter via command:
```
pip install --user --upgrade cookiecutter
```
Use command cookiecutter to generate a new template:
```
cookiecutter gh:garrett-he/cookiecutter-meta
```
