Checks if a canonical url is defined on the page before using the tab url. Otherwise query strings could accidentally or intentionally split comments.
Fixes the Safari bug described here: gab-ai-inc#3
Fixes (?) the bug here: gab-ai-inc#3 and the bug I introduced with my previous intended fix.

To hopefully fix some bugs. The Safari bug and dealing with query strings in urls in some cases.
