A bit of a makeover of the existing "monolith" pages (ie the imported "auth app" functionality), which will serve as a first version of a design system for the rest of the monolith work. Heavily inspired by the dashboard app and Rebecca's work on the new landing page. I've also taken the opportunity to make sure the layout works responsively at small breakpoints, and have tidied up the templates a bit, moving UI copy out into locale files and so on.
