If you are a Windows user and would prefer an easier way to install the latest version of the Exercism CLI then this app was built for you. Execute the installer after you have downloaded it and follow along with the prompts it provides to download and extract the correct version of the CLI for your version of Windows.
You will need to configure the CLI afterwards. Open a shell window (CMD, Bash, Powershell) of your choice and execute exercism configure to start the configuration process.

v1.5.3 refers to the version number of THIS installer. The installer will install the latest version of the Exercism CLI for Windows. DO NOT confuse this version number for the version of the CLI.

This version of the installer will force the TLS to v1.2 instead of using the default version of TLS configured in Windows which may be less than 1.2. GitHub requires TLS 1.2.
