ReSizer allowing you resize any windows process in any 16:9 resolution. Layout is simple and its defently user friendly.

You can use resizer source code in your projects.

Install

1. Download ZIP
2. Open resize.sln with Visual Studio
3. Build it or run it in Visual Studio.
4. ...
5. DONE & PROFIT!
