Most of these repos came from the Flow Track's submissions in ETHGlobal Singapore, ETHGlobal SanFrancisco, ETHGlobal Bangkok and EdgeCity ChiangMai hackathon.

And they are submitted and applied for Flow Track, so that's directly related to Flow.
And now Flow is EVM Equivalent chain, so most of them are written in Solidity.
