This is the dvcoders club constitution which governs the actions and procedures of the club.
Any member is welcome to suggest changes, fix typos, and contribute to an open discussion with club leadership in improving our goals.
The dvcoders constitution is open for all to contribute, revise, and improve.
It is requested that an pull request be made or an appropriate issue first (issues are labeled).
Pull requests must have a brief explantation (commented on github) of the changes, additions, or deletions which have taken place.
