Made some small changes to be able to use a bit more color on the theme, mainly to be able to change note colors 'CMD+0-7'
On Background mode, only the #Headers will have colors, and Bar mode will add the different colors to the Bar.
Also some small changes to the TODO check boxes and makrdownMarkup color. Everything else remained the same!
