This updates to the following Github Actions: - actions/checkout@692973e # v4.1.7 - actions/setup-go@0a12ed9 # v5.0.2 - actions/cache@0c45773 # v4.0.2
This updates CI to test against Go 1.23 and removes the tests for Go 1.21 accordingly.
