Go to File->Open & Export->Open Calendar and choose the appropriate .ics file.
Download the .ics files for the year(s) of your choosing.

Go to File->Open & Export->Open Calendar and choose the downloaded .ics file.

You can then choose to "Open as new" or "Import".
