@kmilos : What about updating LibRAW to new stable version for dt 5.0. There is some commits that fixes possible issues. What do you think?

The "new" stable version is actually worse than the last public snapshot in terms of camera support, it only does security and bugfix on the 2 year old 0.21.x version.

So this is a no-go.

It only makes sense to update to latest commit on their master branch - again, some fixes, no new camera support.
