Release 0.0.7 - Add XIT support for CW

Fix XIT in the IC 7300 possibly others. No longer use SetSimplexMode instead set FreqA directly which seems to work.

Browsing the OmniRig code reveals that the call will clear out XIT and RIT when used.

Add --xit command line option.

When set will turn on XIT (delta TX on my Icom 7300) for CW mode only. Will turn XIT off for other modes.

Release v0.0.5 - Fix OmniRig qsy for most radios

OmniRig did not QSY properly for most rigs. This was originally written for my Xiegu G90 but now I have an IC 7300 and was able to test this release. And the G90 doesn't work with the main SetSimplexMode(freq) method of QSYing rigs

Those with G90's and are using omni-rig, supply the --g90 or -g flag to the command line.
