  • Add a EGL_MESA_platform_surfaceless init path so that we can run kmscube using the allocator with nouveau
  • Minor fixes/tweaks here and there

In init_cube_video(), there were some remaining
accesses to the 'gbm' structure, now belonging to
'surfmgr'.

Add a command line option to select between GBM and
Generic Allocator backends for the surface manager.

In order to initialize EGL when using the allocator
backend with Mesa, use the surfaceless platform as
EGLDevice is not yet supported.

Avoid a null dereference by checking for
EXT_memory_object support before attempting to use
its functions.

Use the surface manager abstraction layer with
drm-legacy so that we can use the allocator
without atomics too.
