add install target to Makefile

To make it easier to incorporate libsvm as a library in C/C++ projects, I just added a install target to the Makefile. Then, to invoke libsvm API's, just add -L /usr/local/lib -lsvm to project Makefile and it's good to go.

This has been an issued discussed before. At this moment we don't plan
to do that. Sorry
