WT2P LP-100A Meter 2.0

Version 2.0 of the WT2P LP-100A On Screen Wattmeter Utility.

Fixes/enhancements, pre-requisites and installation instructions described on the main project site.

BETA: Formatting and Linux/OSX Support

Beta version that updates formatting of displayed power (i.e. 1500.55 watts instead of 1500.5)

Adjust font size slightly smaller to accommodate the extra precision displayed and re-work of the form and component sizes.

Fix issue with power scale labels on *NIX systems

Fix issue where if the LP-100A is not connected or an invalid serial device is chosen for the LP-100A, we display the actual error message on screen instead of displaying nothing. The error message was never getting triggered because UI controls were not rendering before the LP-100 serial exceptions were being thrown and the user was not notified that the utility could not connect to the software.
