• Add texturepacks button to pause menu.
• Add LegacyTranslations support.
• Make mod-included libraries and java itself show up as libraries instead of mods.

• Add Minecraft's options menu to the mod list, because why not.
• Fix some scroll logic that allowed the modlist to scroll regardless of mouse location.
• Fix the filter buttons being able to be pressed even when hidden.
