We would like to create a pipeline to analyze familiar relatedness with given pedigree info and gVCFs with Peddy.
And from evaluations of ticket: https://github.com/broadinstitute/TAG/issues/1704
We think it might be great to automate this analysis since we have growing cases from VA team.
This WDL runs at sample_set level and conduct within-family prediction only.
The example outputs include a summary relatedness csv file (known/prediction) containing all families selected and a simple plot shows potential deviations from known pedigrees.
