Some of our dependencies are listed twice - this PR removes that redundancy.
brainiois long since deprecated and is now only used by theatlas-scripts, which is excluded from the package. Thus, it shouldn't be a dependency (and it's listing as such is preventingconda-forgeupdates)After merging this in, we will need another release so that conda-forge can be updated.
