Testing of Monai Architecture

The Binder link is only useful for looking at the precompiled results as the environment is currently limited by the resources.

Notebooks are copied from Monai with some modifications for training purposes. It is recommended to follow the notebooks in the following order:

1. 2dTransforms.ipynb
2. MedNIST_Tutorial.ipynb
3. SpleenSeg_RanInit.ipynb
4. SpleenSeg_Pretrained.ipynb
