Thank you for this exciting package. I enjoy using it a lot.
When using the artmsQualityControlEvidenceExtended function, the PCA plots that are generated do not include how much of the variance is explained by PC1 and PC2. I was wondering if it would be possible to include these in the plots? I think it would be really nice! If it would not be possible to add it in the plots, it might be nice if there would be a separate function that gives the values for PC1 and PC2?
Thank you so much!!
Best,
Lindsy
