Release of method additions and argument changes (Ver. 2.0)

This release contains the following changes:
-The maxsplit argument is now supported in the ssplit method.
-Added the srsplit method.
-The names and order of the arguments common to each method have been changed. As a result, it is no longer compatible with previous versions.
