A free framework in R to visualize multiples sources of COVID-19 data, including: confirmed cases, laboratory results, and vaccination. Data included in this tutorial and code are fake and generated entirely using random numbers in STATA. The data do not reflect the epidemiology of COVID-19 and vaccination in Baltimore City and are for educational purposes only.
Download app.zip and unzip on your desktop. Open the R file, run install.packages() for the required packages, if needed, and then comment out this step. Then click Run App.
